Key Requirements
Extensive experience in a senior commercial leadership or executive management role.
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and corporate profitability.
Advanced negotiation skills with experience in managing high-value contracts.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strategic partnerships.
MBA or an equivalent advanced business qualification is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and business intelligence.
Proven ability to develop and execute long-term commercial and market expansion strategies.
Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing commercial teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for board-level interaction.
Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
