FINANCE MANAGER (MANUFACTURING) @ HSD-MELT
HSD-Melt is recruiting a highly qualified Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our manufacturing division in Tanzania. This senior role involves overseeing all aspects of financial accounting, including the preparation of monthly financial statements, annual budgets, and long-term forecasts. The Finance Manager will ensure strict adherence to local regulatory requirements and corporate financial policies.
In addition to day-to-day financial management, the successful candidate will implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimize cost structures within the manufacturing process. You will lead a dedicated finance team and provide strategic insights to senior management to support business growth and profitability. Experience with manufacturing-specific accounting practices and ERP systems is highly desirable.

Key Requirements
Professional ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification
Extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis
Proficiency in budgeting and financial forecasting
Proven ability to implement robust internal controls
Experience managing internal and external audits
In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing sector
Strong expertise in local taxation and regulations
Excellent team leadership and management skills
Advanced proficiency in ERP and accounting software
Strong strategic financial planning capabilities
