FINANCE MANAGER (HOSPITALITY) @ HSD-MELT
HSD-Melt is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our hospitality division in Tanzania. This role requires a professional who understands the nuances of hospitality accounting, including revenue management, food and beverage cost control, and seasonal financial planning. You will be responsible for providing accurate financial reports and strategic advice to the management team.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Hospitality Management
Full professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA
At least 5 years of experience in hospitality finance
Proficiency in hotel management systems like Opera or Protel
Expertise in cost control and inventory management
Strong strategic budgeting and forecasting skills
Knowledge of hospitality industry tax regulations in Tanzania
Experience in managing financial auditing and reporting
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
