FIELD SERVICE SPECIALIST (TECH) @ HSD-MELT
We are recruiting a Field Service Specialist to provide high-quality technical support and maintenance for our clients across Tanzania. In this role, you will be the face of HSD-Melt on the ground, ensuring that our technology solutions are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards. You will handle a variety of hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime for our clients.
The position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to diagnose complex technical problems in various environments. You will coordinate with the central technical team to escalate issues and share feedback from the field to improve our products. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and technical excellence is essential for success in this role.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or ICT
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Previous experience in on-site technical support roles
Familiarity with networking protocols and infrastructure
Valid driver's license for frequent field visits
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently under pressure
Advanced knowledge of tech maintenance and repair
Proficiency in diagnostic and benchmarking tools
Willingness to travel extensively across Tanzania
