HSD-Melt is hiring two Channel Sales Associates to join our Manufacturing division in Tanzania. These roles are essential for maintaining and growing our distribution networks and ensuring our products reach customers efficiently. You will work closely with our partners and distributors to support their sales efforts, provide product training, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
You will be responsible for monitoring channel performance, identifying areas for improvement, and executing promotional activities. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to sales. As a Channel Sales Associate, you will play a key role in achieving our manufacturing division's volume and revenue targets in the Tanzanian market.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, specifically in channel management or distribution.
Understanding of the manufacturing industry and product lifecycles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for partner relations.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on hitting sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
Ability to provide training and support to third-party distributors.
Analytical skills to track sales data and prepare reports.
Willingness to travel locally to visit distributors and retail outlets.
