HSD Human Resource Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager for the Oil & Gas industry based in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of resources for our energy projects.
This role involves end-to-end management of procurement, logistics, and vendor relationships. The candidate must possess deep industry expertise and the ability to navigate complex commercial landscapes within heavy industrial sectors, contributing to the growth and operational excellence of our clients.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Engineering
10 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management
Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Mining sectors
Expertise in procurement, contracts, and logistics
Proficiency in warehousing and vendor management
CIPS or equivalent certification is an added advantage
Master's Degree is an added advantage
Strong leadership and management skills
Advanced negotiation and commercial skills
Exceptional analytical and stakeholder management abilities
