QUANTITY SURVEYOR @ HSD HUMAN RESOURCE SOLUTIONS
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for the financial success and material efficiency of construction projects within the organization. This role involves meticulous preparation of quantity estimates and the continuous review of project budgets to ensure financial viability. By analyzing material costs and contract terms, you will provide the necessary data to support informed decision-making and maintain the project's profitability throughout the construction phases.
You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and site managers, to ensure that all financial aspects of the project are transparent and well-managed. Your responsibilities extend to preparing detailed risk assessments, managing contracts, and monitoring material usage in real-time. When design changes occur, you will be tasked with updating budgets and schedules promptly to reflect the new requirements while maintaining the integrity of the project's financial plan.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Highly developed analytical skills for accurate cost and quantity estimation.
Strong negotiation skills for managing subcontracts and material procurement.
Excellent organizational and project planning capabilities.
Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and technical methodologies.
Proficiency in financial software and construction-related estimation tools.
Ability to produce detailed financial reports and budget projections.
Proven experience in conducting risk assessments for large-scale projects.
Ability to maintain effective relationships with contractors and external vendors.
