PROJECT MANAGER – AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION @ HSD HUMAN RESOURCE SOLUTIONS
HSD is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee large-scale airport construction projects in Tanzania. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle from design and planning through to construction and final handover. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards required for aviation infrastructure.
As the Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including government authorities, contractors, and consultants. You will manage project risks, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that all engineering specifications are met. This is a high-impact role requiring technical civil engineering knowledge and superior organizational skills to navigate the complexities of airport development.

Key Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience specifically in airport or aviation-related construction.
Strong understanding of international construction quality standards.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project or Primavera).
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and budgets.
