SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER @ HRZOHORECRUITERS
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to join our client's team in Kenya. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership, strengthening corporate governance, and driving data-informed decision-making. Key responsibilities include leading financial strategy and planning, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring accurate reporting and compliance through strong internal controls. The Net Salary for this position is KES 350,000 – 400,000. Additionally, the role involves driving cashflow optimization, cost management, and margin enhancement. You will lead ERP and process improvement initiatives and provide critical advice to executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical financial expertise and the ability to communicate complex data effectively to stakeholders.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
CPA (K), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
Masters degree in a relevant field is a plus
7+ years of progressive finance experience
At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
Proven experience with ERP systems and financial process optimization
In-depth knowledge of internal controls and financial governance
Ability to drive cashflow optimization and margin enhancement
