ZONE MANAGER – AGRI MACHINERY @ HRWORLD
HR World Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Zone Manager for Agri Machinery to oversee operations in the Southern Highland (Arusha) and Lake Zone (Kahama) regions. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving sales growth, managing the dealer network, and strengthening customer relationships. You will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to agricultural clients.
This position requires a proactive individual who can monitor market trends, coordinate product demonstrations, and collaborate effectively with service and parts teams to provide comprehensive after-sales support. You will be responsible for preparing sales forecasts, reporting market intelligence, and training dealer teams. Please note that this role covers both Arusha and Kahama as operational hubs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Agricultural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural machinery or heavy equipment sales.
Proven track record in managing dealer networks and regional sales operations.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis.
Ability to prepare accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
Strong understanding of agricultural market trends and customer requirements.
Excellent leadership and team training capabilities.
Ability to manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collections.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned zones.
