PROCUREMENT OFFICER @ HRWORLD
HR World Limited is seeking to recruit a proactive and results-oriented Procurement Officer on behalf of our client in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of essential automotive components, equipment, and administrative supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
This role involves developing cost-effective procurement strategies, maintaining strong relationships with a diverse network of local and international suppliers, and ensuring inventory availability. The Procurement Officer will collaborate closely with warehouse and workshop teams to streamline processes, monitor market trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support the overall production and administrative goals of the company.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience using procurement or ERP software systems.
Strong analytical skills for market research and data reporting.
Ability to manage logistics and inventory workflows.
Understanding of procurement policies and compliance standards.
Proactive problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
