We are hiring a Screen Printer Operator to manage manual or semi-automatic screen printing processes. This role requires technical skill in mesh preparation, ink mixing, and ensuring consistency across multiple print runs for diverse client projects.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as machine operator in the relevant field
Advanced knowledge of screen printing techniques and media
Ability to mix inks accurately to match color requirements
Proficiency in screen exposure and reclamation processes
Experience operating screen printing presses safely and efficiently
Attention to detail during registration and alignment stages
Capacity to maintain production quality over long shifts
Problem-solving skills related to stencil or ink issues
Reliability in meeting production schedules and targets
Ability to mentor others or work independently on print tasks
