We are hiring a Fiber Laser Cutting Operator to manage our high-performance fiber laser systems. You will focus on the precision cutting of metal materials, ensuring that all production outputs are clean, accurate, and ready for further processing.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as machine operator in the relevant field
Proven skill in operating fiber laser cutting machines
Experience with various metal thicknesses and grades
Ability to manage cutting programs and optimize nesting
Attention to detail in inspection of cut parts for defects
Knowledge of laser safety standards and protocols
Capacity to maintain machine components and lens systems
Strong analytical skills for resolving technical challenges
Reliability in meeting high-volume production targets
Commitment to accuracy in metal fabrication workflows
