Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as machine operator in the relevant field
Proven experience with Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing machinery
Understanding of transfer film properties and curing techniques
Strong focus on detail to ensure high-fidelity image output
Technical ability to manage software and printer interface
Good understanding of ink management and consumption
Ability to troubleshoot common DTF printing technical issues
Professional attitude toward quality and deadline fulfillment
Cooperative mindset to work within a team-oriented shop
Physical stamina and reliability for consistent production output
