WAREHOUSE & STORE KEEPER @ HRORB
The Warehouse & Store Keeper will be responsible for the efficient management and organization of the warehouse facility located in Al Quoz, Dubai. Key duties include monitoring stock levels, overseeing the receiving and storage of materials, and ensuring that all items are inspected for quality upon arrival. The role requires close coordination with the purchasing and accounts teams to manage re-orders and maintain accurate inventory records to support business operations. In addition to daily operations, the successful candidate will conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies and ensure data integrity within the ERP system. You will be expected to prepare inter-company and online orders while maintaining a safe and organized work environment in compliance with UAE safety standards. The working hours are from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. Only candidates currently available in the United Arab Emirates will be considered for this position.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse or storekeeping roles within the logistics sector.
Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and advanced ERP systems.
Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with UAE safety standards and occupational health regulations.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with material handling and storage.
Proficiency in conducting inventory audits and cycle counts accurately.
Experience in managing relationships with vendors and purchasing departments.
Capability to prepare and process inter-company and online orders efficiently.
High attention to detail for inspecting incoming materials and ensuring quality.
Proactive approach to warehouse organization and space optimization.
