CIVIL SITE ENGINEER @ HRORB
Join a dynamic construction team as a Civil Site Engineer based in Dubai. This role involves contributing significantly to various warehouse and industrial projects by overseeing the daily operations on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance and construction works are proceeding according to the planned schedule while managing the workforce, materials, and machinery required for successful project completion. Your duties will extend to ensuring that all projects are executed strictly in accordance with architectural drawings and technical specifications. You will monitor quality control and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance to maintain a safe working environment. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare detailed site reports and coordinate effectively with subcontractors to ensure seamless project flow and high-quality results in the UAE construction sector.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
0–3 years of relevant site experience specifically within the UAE construction market.
In-depth knowledge of site execution procedures and safety standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD software for reviewing and modifying drawings.
Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to supervise daily site activities and maintenance works.
Experience in managing site workforce, materials, and heavy machinery.
Strong ability to monitor quality control and maintain HSE compliance.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with subcontractors and preparing site reports.
