The school is recruiting a dedicated Matron to oversee student health, welfare, and boarding arrangements. The Matron will provide essential nursing care, monitor student health, and ensure a safe, supportive boarding environment. This is a residential position that requires the successful candidate to live on campus and coordinate closely with parents and leadership regarding student well-being.
The ideal candidate will have a compassionate approach to student care and a strong commitment to child protection. You will be responsible for managing the boarding facility's daily operations and responding to any health emergencies. Key Requirements
Registered Nurse with valid professional registration.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a boarding school environment.
Willingness to live on-campus as a resident Matron.
Strong commitment to child protection and student welfare.
Excellent nursing care and health monitoring skills.
Ability to coordinate with parents on health matters.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in managing boarding house logistics.
Ability to handle medical emergencies effectively.
High level of patience and empathy for student needs.
