DRIVERS [SCHOOL BUSES] @ HRMECONSULT
We are looking for disciplined and dependable Drivers for our school buses to safely transport students, staff, and materials. Drivers are responsible for conducting routine vehicle inspections, basic maintenance checks, and strictly adhering to road safety and child protection standards. The role requires a high degree of maturity and a commitment to ensuring the welfare of students during transit.
The successful candidates will navigate Dar Es Salaam routes efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. You will be a key part of the school community, ensuring punctuality for school schedules and safety for all passengers. Knowledge of local traffic laws and defensive driving techniques is essential for this role.

Key Requirements
Valid Class C Driving Licence.
Minimum of 5 years’ professional driving experience.
O-Level education or higher qualification.
Demonstrated commitment to child safeguarding and student welfare.
Good knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
Ability to conduct routine vehicle inspections and minor maintenance.
Mature, disciplined, and highly dependable character.
Strong punctuality and time-management skills.
Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
Fluent in Swahili and basic English communication.
