PHARMACY GROUND SALES AGENT @ HRM 365
HRM 365 is seeking a proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused Pharmacy Ground Sales Agent to drive field sales across Dar es Salaam. The role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical and consumer health products to existing and prospective customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct engagement in the market. Key Requirements
Good knowledge of pharmacy products, OTC medicines, cosmetics, and personal care items.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales, pharmacy sales, or FMCG sales.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
Basic reporting and computer skills.
A valid driver’s license is considered an added advantage.
Confident and persuasive when engaging customers face-to-face.
Highly driven, target-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
