INJECTION/PREFORM OPERATOR (2 POSITIONS) @ HRDIVERSE
The Injection/Preform Operator is tasked with the operation of injection-moulding and preform production equipment. This position ensures that machines are running at optimal capacity while adhering to established quality standards. You will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring the production process, and conducting regular checks on output quality.
The role requires technical proficiency and a commitment to precision. Operators must ensure that all machine operations are documented correctly and that safety protocols are followed at all times. By maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, the operator contributes significantly to the final quality of the water packaging products.

Key Requirements
Technical certificate or diploma
Machine-operation experience preferred
Ability to maintain records and follow GMP/Safety rules
Good mechanical aptitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Understanding of plastic injection molding processes
Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions
Commitment to hygiene and sanitation standards
Excellent record-keeping abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-based shift structure
