HR world wide is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing product quality, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, and maintaining the highest standards of manufacturing excellence throughout the production cycle.
In this role, you will perform systematic inspections, operate precision measuring equipment, and report defects to the production team to facilitate continuous improvement. This position requires a professional who is committed to precision and is capable of working within a fast-paced environment to meet strict production deadlines. The role offers a monthly salary range of TZS 400,000–500,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or Manufacturing Engineering.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in a quality control environment.
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools like Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.
Ability to use Dial Gauges and other specialized QC measuring instruments.
Competency in inspecting product dimensions to identify and categorize defects.
Solid understanding of industrial quality control procedures and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain technical documentation.
Effective communication skills for reporting production issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in Kigamboni.
Strong analytical skills to interpret technical drawings and standards.
