RETAIL MANAGER @ HR WORLD LIMITED
HR World Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic Retail Manager on behalf of its client within the Oil and Gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading comprehensive retail operations, focusing on driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and effectively managing a network of retail sites. This role is crucial for maximizing profitability and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction across all retail locations.The Retail Manager will develop and implement strategic retail plans to meet sales, profitability, and market growth objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing the performance of retail outlets, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards, and leading retail teams to achieve operational and commercial targets. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency, analyzing market trends, and driving customer service excellence. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for budget management, ensuring HSSEQ compliance, monitoring profitability, building stakeholder relationships, and preparing strategic reports for senior leadership.
Key Requirements
Bachelor 2019s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field.
Master 2019s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Minimum of 8 201310 years 2019 experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role, preferably within the Oil and Gas or related sectors.
Strong understanding of retail operations, sales management, supply chain, and inventory control.
Proven leadership and people management experience across multiple locations.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth and profitability.
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Strong financial management and budgeting capabilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
