HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER @ HR WORLD LIMITED
The Human Resource and Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the NGO sector in Arusha. This includes managing and updating HR records, improving HRMIS systems, and ensuring strict compliance with Tanzanian labour laws. You will also be tasked with supporting recruitment, selection, and induction processes across various departments while maintaining effective relationships with pension, insurance, and employee benefit service providers.
Furthermore, the role involves promoting positive employee relations, assessing staff competencies, and recommending training programs to bridge skill gaps. You will handle disciplinary matters, support workforce planning, and oversee administrative procurement processes including tendering and vendor prequalification. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop succession plans and implement employee health and safety standards effectively in line with labour regulations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
MBA will be considered an added advantage.
Membership with a recognized Human Resource professional body.
Minimum of 4 years proven experience in Human Resource management.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and HR practices.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, negotiation and report writing skills with proficiency in English and Kiswahili.
Experience in managing and updating HR records and HRMIS systems.
Ability to handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Knowledge of employee health and safety standards and labour regulations.
