HR World Limited is recruiting on behalf of a client in the logistics industry for a talented Graphic Designer to be based in Morogoro. The role focuses on developing innovative creative designs and marketing materials that enhance brand visibility and support corporate communication across diverse digital and print channels. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in translating marketing concepts into compelling visual stories that resonate with the target audience.
The designer will be responsible for the end-to-end creative process, from conceptualization to final production. This includes designing social media content, managing print material production like brochures and billboards, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Working in a fast-paced logistics environment, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain high-quality output and meet various project deadlines efficiently.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or Marketing.
Minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design within a corporate environment.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Demonstrated knowledge of video editing and motion graphics using tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects.
Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, and complex layout design.
Proven ability to create high-quality print materials such as brochures, flyers, and billboards.
Experience in designing digital content for social media platforms and online advertisements.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team structure.
Capable of working under pressure and delivering quality designs within strict deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate abstract ideas into visual content.
Experience coordinating with external vendors such as printers and media agencies.
