COMMERCIAL SALES EXECUTIVES (2 POSITIONS) @ HR WORLD LIMITED
HR World Limited is seeking to recruit two dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Executives on behalf of their client in the automotive industry. The primary focus of this role is to drive the sales of commercial vehicles by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating long-term relationships with both individual and corporate clients. Executives will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial market research and lead generation to product demonstrations, price negotiations, and final deal closure.
In addition to direct sales activities, the successful candidates will provide professional after-sales support and coordinate closely with finance and logistics departments to ensure seamless transaction processes. The role involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in a competitive landscape. Candidates must be target-oriented and capable of working under pressure to achieve assigned business objectives while participating in marketing campaigns and promotional exhibitions.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within automotive, metal products, or FMCG industries.
Proven experience in Administration & Logistics or Asset Financing is considered an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to handle diverse client portfolios.
Excellent customer relationship management abilities to ensure client retention.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and sales tracking.
Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A valid driving license is highly preferred for field visits and demonstrations.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict sales deadlines.
Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitor activities effectively.
