This role is central to the company’s operations, focusing on structuring and optimizing asset-based financing solutions to support vehicle acquisition, fleet financing, and dealership operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring profitability, maintaining strict compliance, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies to support long-term business growth.
The Asset Finance Manager will collaborate closely with sales and dealership teams to drive financing uptake and improve customer conversion rates. Key responsibilities include managing loan portfolios, conducting due diligence on clients, and developing pricing models for various financing products. Additionally, the role involves overseeing asset registration, insurance, and collateral management, while providing strategic financial advisory support to clients on optimal financing structures.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are an added advantage.
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in asset financing, banking, leasing, or automotive finance.
Proven experience in credit analysis, risk management, and portfolio management.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements within the financial services sector.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to develop and implement asset financing strategies aligned with automotive sales objectives.
Excellent relationship management skills for working with banks and financial institutions.
Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities to manage the asset finance team.
Experience in designing and implementing credit control and debt recovery strategies.
