We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing specialist to join our team at hr estherluxury360. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and driving sales growth in the Dar es Salaam region. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and executing promotional campaigns. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that brand objectives are met and revenue targets are exceeded. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the local market in Shekilango and the broader Dar es Salaam area.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in both English and Swahili
Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Excellent customer relationship management skills
Superior negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
