INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) @ HR ESTHERLUXURY360
The IT specialist will be responsible for maintaining the technological infrastructure at hr estherluxury360. This includes managing local networks, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to staff members. The role is based in Dar es Salaam at our Shekilango office. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to solve complex system issues efficiently. You will also be involved in upgrading software systems and ensuring that all hardware is functioning optimally to support business operations.
Key Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting
Strong network administration and maintenance skills
Comprehensive knowledge of database management
Up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
Foundational web development skills including HTML/CSS
Previous experience providing technical support
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
