hr estherluxury360 is looking for a qualified Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves preparing monthly financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and coordinating with external auditors. Based in Dar es Salaam, specifically in the Shekilango area, the Accountant will play a critical role in the company's financial planning and analysis. The successful candidate will ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and that the company maintains its fiscal health.
Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
Professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA preferred
Advanced knowledge of accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Deep understanding of Tanzanian tax laws and regulations
Extensive experience in preparing financial reports
Meticulous attention to detail in all financial work
Strong ethical standards and professional integrity
Analytical mindset for financial data interpretation
Proven ability to manage payroll and internal budgets
