HSE OFFICER (2 POSITIONS) @ HR DYNAMICS
We are currently seeking dedicated and qualified candidates for the position of HSE Officer for a prominent Oil & Gas project based in the UAE. This onshore role involves overseeing safety protocols, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that all operations adhere to strict environmental and health standards. The project specifically requires individuals with a strong background in mechanical fields and protective coating to manage the unique risks associated with these activities. The compensation for this position is a fixed monthly salary ranging from AED 4,000 to AED 5,000. Successful candidates will also benefit from a comprehensive package including food, accommodation, and medical insurance provided by the company. Additionally, the role offers annual leave of 26 working days, flight tickets, and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law, ensuring a supportive and professional working environment for all onshore staff.
Key Requirements
Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, preferably Mechanical.
Mandatory NEBOSH IGC certification.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Plant sectors.
Mandatory 2 to 3 years of work experience within the Gulf region.
Essential experience in the protective coating field.
Prior experience working with ADNOC is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in implementing health, safety, and environmental protocols on onshore sites.
Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and safety inspections.
Expertise in monitoring work activities to ensure compliance with HSE management systems.
Excellent communication skills for reporting safety incidents and coordinating with management.
