IVD SERVICE ENGINEER @ HOTGEN
Hotgen is actively seeking an IVD Service Engineer for our operations in Mauritania. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring the high performance and reliability of our diagnostic technologies. You will perform onsite installation, routine preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs for our diverse client base.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to technical excellence and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with laboratory personnel to ensure that all IVD analyzers are calibrated correctly and functioning within required parameters to support accurate diagnostic testing.

Key Requirements
Diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering or related technical field
Hands-on experience with medical diagnostic equipment
Expertise in repairing and calibrating laboratory analyzers
Strong analytical skills for complex systems troubleshooting
Capacity to conduct training for laboratory staff on equipment use
Proficiency in local languages and professional English
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
Understanding of regulatory compliance for medical devices
Valid driver's license for site-to-site travel
Dedication to meeting service response time benchmarks
