Hotel Urban by CityBlue in Dar es Salaam is seeking professional and attentive Waiters to join our dedicated food and beverage team. Candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, including taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring complete guest satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in our hotel's dining establishments. The role involves working closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Key Requirements
Fluent in English
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Waiter/Waitress
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Ability to take orders accurately and efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to carry trays and multiple plates
Attention to detail regarding guest preferences and dietary restrictions
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment
Knowledge of menu items and daily specials
