BARMAN (3 POSITIONS) @ HOTEL URBAN BY CITYBLUE
Hotel Urban by CityBlue in Dar es Salaam is looking for skilled and passionate Barmen to enhance our guest experience. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options. This role demands creativity, excellent customer engagement, and the ability to maintain a vibrant and welcoming bar atmosphere. We seek individuals who can uphold our high standards of service and contribute to memorable moments for our guests.
Key Requirements
Fluent in English
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Barman/Bartender
Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Skill in mixing and preparing cocktails and other drinks
Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area
Excellent customer interaction and service skills
Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
Responsible alcohol service certification (if applicable locally)
Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
