Key Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and presentable appearance
Experience in tourism, hospitality, sales, or promotions
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian tourist destinations and attractions
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
Ability to handle multiple bookings and itineraries simultaneously
Attention to detail in managing travel logistics and payments
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good understanding of travel booking systems and software
Fluency in English and Swahili for client communications
