Horizon Tanzania is currently expanding its tourism operations in Dar es Salaam and is seeking a motivated professional for the Business Development and Marketing role. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating brand awareness, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic marketing campaigns to attract clients to our travel services. This position requires a deep understanding of the local tourism landscape and an ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders in the hospitality industry.

Key Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and presentable appearance
Proven experience in tourism or hospitality sales
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English and Swahili
