ON DESK RECOVERY LOAN OFFICER @ HOPE MICROCREDIT
The On-Desk Recovery Loan Officer is a vital role at Hope Microcredit, focused on maintaining the integrity of our lending portfolio through diligent debt collection and client management. This high-energy position involves making over 300 calls daily to engage with clients regarding outstanding payments. You will be tasked with analyzing repayment data to identify defaulters quickly and implementing effective recovery strategies while maintaining a professional and firm approach.
The role operates in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and requires a candidate who is resilient and able to work under pressure. Working closely with field staff, you will track missed or delayed repayments and contribute to the overall improvement of the company’s recovery performance. Key Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
Strong skills in data analysis and tracking repayment trends.
Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls (300+ daily).
Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills.
Target-driven, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership abilities within a team environment.
Ability to work a schedule from Monday to Saturday.
