HOMELINE TANZANIA LIMITED is looking for dedicated Warehouse Officers to join their team. There are two positions available for this role, with one based in Dar es Salaam and the other in Iringa. These roles are critical for managing the efficient flow and storage of goods within the company's operations, ensuring accurate inventory and optimal warehouse functionality.The primary responsibilities for these roles include the precise receiving and issuing of goods, meticulous preparation of inventory reports, and diligent monitoring of inventory levels to prevent discrepancies. Warehouse Officers will also be tasked with conducting regular stock counts, maintaining high standards of warehouse cleanliness and safety, and providing essential support for both internal and external audits. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in warehouse management and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Procurement, supply chain management, or related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Good communication skills
Good negotiation skills
Ability to accurately receive and issue goods
Proficiency in preparing inventory reports
Skill in monitoring inventory levels
Experience in conducting stock counts
Commitment to maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety
Capacity to support internal and external audits
