Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
Advanced knowledge of Tanzania tax laws and regulations
Highly skilled in handling and reconciling company accounts
Ability to comply with professional ethical standards
Commitment to keeping company information strictly confidential
Physically healthy and capable of managing high workloads
Strong communication and reporting skills
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
