Hogar Properties is currently hosting a walk-in interview event in Dubai to recruit talented professionals for multiple key positions, including Real Estate Agent, Property Consultant, Luxury / Global Property Advisor, and Sales Manager. We are looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about the real estate sector and ready to contribute to a fast-paced sales environment. Candidates will be responsible for client acquisition, property listings, and closing transactions within the competitive Dubai property market. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a reputable firm located in the heart of Dubai's business district on Sheikh Zayed Road. The recruitment event is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, the 20th and 21st of February, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Interviews will take place at 1504, API World Tower, Trade Center, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE. Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current property laws.
Strong negotiation and closing skills to handle high-value transactions.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various Real Estate CRM platforms.
Highly motivated and result-oriented mindset.
A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred for property viewings.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, competitive environment.
