SALES SUPERVISOR / SALES MANAGER @ HIRING SPECIAL
We are actively seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager with specialized experience in Home Appliances & Tiles to join our team in Tanzania. This critical role involves leading and motivating a sales team to achieve ambitious targets, developing robust sales strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships within the specific sectors of home appliances and tiles. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving market share growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include coaching sales staff, analyzing sales data, implementing promotional activities, and staying abreast of market trends in the home appliances and tiles industry. This position requires a proactive leader with a proven ability to boost sales performance, enhance brand visibility, and manage all aspects of the sales cycle from lead generation to after-sales support.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
Demonstrable experience specifically within the home appliances and tiles industry is a mandatory requirement.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities, focused on building lasting client relationships.
Ability to develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies and action plans.
In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in the home appliances and tiles sectors.
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales reporting tools.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
