FINANCE OFFICER @ HIRING SPECIAL
The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, focusing specifically on cash payments and reimbursements. They will ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and that company policies regarding expenditures are strictly followed. This role is vital for maintaining the financial health and accountability of the organization in its local operations.
In addition to transaction management, the Finance Officer will assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and budget monitoring. They will be required to handle reimbursement requests efficiently while ensuring all supporting documentation is in order. Candidates should be well-versed in accounting principles and local financial regulations applicable in Tanzania to provide accurate financial guidance to the team.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent attention to detail in financial record-keeping.
Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations in Tanzania.
Ability to manage petty cash and process reimbursements promptly.
Strong communication skills for reporting financial status to management.
Ability to prepare bank reconciliation statements.
High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
