FINANCE OFFICER @ HIRING SPECIAL
Hiring Special is looking for a dedicated and experienced Finance Officer to join our finance department in Dar es Salaam. This role is integral to managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and contributing to strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven ability to handle a range of financial responsibilities. This position is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. You will also assist with audits, manage treasury functions, and provide financial insights to support business decisions. This role requires a meticulous approach, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to maintain robust financial health for the company.
Key Requirements
Relevant Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar financial role.
Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
