PAPER MILL SHIFT SUPERVISOR @ HIRECREST
Hirecrest is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paper Mill Shift Supervisor to oversee daily shift operations at our paper manufacturing plant. This role focuses on the production of high-quality MG and tissue paper grades while ensuring that all output meets company standards. The successful candidate will lead a team of operators, manage production schedules, and drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to technical supervision, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety standards, environmental compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will coordinate closely with the maintenance department to minimize downtime and ensure that production targets are consistently met. Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in paper mill operations
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
Experience in MG/Tissue paper manufacturing preferred
Diploma or Degree in Pulp & Paper Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in production planning and scheduling
Comprehensive knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting
Ability to analyze process data and drive continuous improvement
Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental collaboration
Problem-solving capabilities to handle mechanical or process-related production issues
