The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of construction projects, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining strict budgetary control. You will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, including project costing, financial planning, and statutory compliance, while providing critical financial insights to the leadership team.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & Financial Management
Mandatory experience in the Construction Industry
Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting & Analysis
Proficiency in Budgeting & Forecasting
Expertise in Cash Flow Management
Experience in Cost Accounting & Cost Control
Skills in Project Costing & Financial Planning
Knowledge of Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Advanced proficiency in ERP/Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
