EXECUTIVE – SALES POLYMER @ HIRECREST
Hirecrest is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive for their Sales Polymer division in Tanzania. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding the company's presence in the polymer market by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong professional relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of the chemical and polymer industry who can drive revenue growth, manage complex supply chain tasks such as stock reconciliation, and consistently meet demanding sales targets. The incumbent will be expected to represent the brand professionally and provide expert technical consultation to customers while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales or a related field.
Deep knowledge and experience with PP, PE, PVC, and Specialty Polymers.
Proven ability to achieve sales, revenue, and margin targets consistently.
Experience in conducting thorough market research and identifying new business opportunities.
Capability to manage customer visits, handle collections, and perform stock reconciliation.
Possession of an MBA in Sales & Marketing, a degree in Polymer Engineering, or a Polymer PG Diploma.
Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent communication skills for professional client interactions.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic growth plans.
Proficiency in reporting and administrative tasks related to sales operations.
