AP / AR ACCOUNTANT @ HIRECREST
We are seeking a highly motivated AP/AR Accountant from the Philippines to join our international finance department. This role offers an opportunity to manage critical financial transactions and ensure the integrity of our financial records within a leading organization. You will be an integral part of the team, working closely with senior leadership to manage accounts payable and receivable operations. Responsibilities include the accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts, as well as reconciling transactions and maintaining comprehensive records. You will also proactively monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts. Furthermore, you will assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and coordinate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies while preparing essential reports.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Accountant.
Proficiency in processing high volumes of invoices, payments, and receipts.
Strong ability to reconcile complex financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
Competence in monitoring outstanding balances and conducting effective follow-ups on overdue accounts.
Practical experience supporting month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles and compliance regulations.
Excellent coordination skills to work with internal departments for discrepancy resolution.
Ability to prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports to management.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized accounting software (ERP).
