ACCOUNTANT - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (AP/AR) @ HIRECREST
Hirecrest is seeking a qualified Accountant to oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment in Tanzania. The role involves managing the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations, and maintaining the integrity of the company's financial ledgers. The successful candidate will work closely with the finance department to streamline payment processes and optimize cash flow management.
In addition to daily AP/AR tasks, the Accountant will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports and assisting in month-end closing activities. Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related financial role.
Must be a national of the Philippines, Pakistan, or Thailand.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Experience working within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Competency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to prepare accurate financial reports and perform month-end closing.
Proven track record of performing bank and account reconciliations.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recording.
Strong organizational and communication skills to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
