ACCOUNTANT (1 POSITION) @ HIRECREST
Hirecrest is currently seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join a dynamic team within the manufacturing industry based in Tanzania. The primary focus of this role is to manage daily financial operations including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate transaction records within an ERP system and ensuring all financial activities comply with established accounting policies and standards.
In addition to operational tasks, the Accountant will play a crucial role in the month-end closing process and the preparation of comprehensive financial reports. This position offers a unique opportunity for international candidates, specifically nationals from the Philippines, Pakistan, or Thailand, to expand their careers in the East African market. Candidates must possess at least three years of experience and a strong background in manufacturing finance to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting.
Must be a national of the Philippines, Pakistan, or Thailand (Mandatory).
Proven experience working within the Manufacturing industry.
Strong proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Hands-on experience with ERP software for financial data entry and management.
Ability to prepare detailed financial reports and handle month-end closing procedures.
Expertise in performing bank reconciliations and managing invoicing processes.
Solid understanding of international accounting policies and compliance standards.
Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
