SITE AGENT @ HIRE RESOLVE
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Site Agent to join a reputable team for a significant construction project located in Uganda. This role is ideal for a candidate looking for a career-changing move within the international construction sector, specifically focusing on high-quality building projects. The position is a fully site-based role, requiring the agent to be present on the ground to oversee all aspects of the construction process. The contract is initially for two years, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring that all building works are executed according to technical specifications and safety standards. Experience in high-end lodge construction is a significant advantage, as the project demands a high level of detail and quality finish. You will be expected to coordinate effectively with subcontractors and internal teams to meet project deadlines and maintain the company's established reputation for excellence in the EMEA region.

Key Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the construction industry.
Specific expertise and specialization in building projects.
National Diploma in Civil Engineering or a similar relevant qualification.
Qualification must be from a reputable South African Tertiary Institute or equivalent.
Prior experience working on high-end lodges is highly advantageous.
Willingness and ability to work in a fully site-based role in Uganda.
Ability to commit to a 2-year fixed-term contract.
Proven track record of managing site teams and subcontractors effectively.
Strong knowledge of site health and safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
