Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated Property Portfolio Manager to join their team in Pretoria. The role involves managing a premier portfolio of Sectional Title schemes and Homeowners Associations (HOAs). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence using the WeConnectU ecosystem, ensuring that all administrative and financial aspects of the community schemes are handled with precision and professionalism.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for Trustees and Directors, delivering seamless service and expert advice on STSMA compliance and financial reporting. Key Requirements
Proven experience in Sectional Title & HOA portfolio management.
Deep understanding of STSMA and community scheme financial reporting.
Strong WeConnectU software experience (non-negotiable).
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Flexibility for after-hours and weekend meetings.
Ability to manage relationships with Trustees and Board Directors.
Strong administrative and organizational skills for portfolio oversight.
Experience in budgeting and financial oversight for property schemes.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
